Meet Your Inspector

Ralph “Pat” Standefer has ten years experience as a Professional Real Estate Inspector in the State of Texas. I am a former Police Officer and worked full time in the construction industry before joining the Police force. I have been in and around the construction industry for over forty years.

As a former Police Officer, it has helped me as a Professional Real Estate Inspector to communicate clearly with people and perform detailed inspections and reports.

I will take the time to explain to the buyer any and all issues that were found at the property to help them make an informed decision.
